This joyful service features Scripture readings, carols, and the lighting of candles as we remember the light of Christ breaking into darkness.
Out of darkness a light shines. Out of a desert a river flows.
From a dead stump grows a shoot.
Our Advent journey celebrates
Jesus, the Messiah – the Promised Seed.
Isaiah 61:11 The Sovereign Lord will show his justice to the nations of the world. Everyone will praise him!
His righteousness will be like a garden in early spring,
with plants springing up everywhere.
